WHAT IS KUICK CULTURE?

Kuick Culture is a community-centric learning marketplace where hosts can list learning experiences – ranging from hands-on workshops, in-depth tours to insightful sharing sessions – that guests can discover and book. Kuick Culture connects passionate and knowledgeable hosts with hungry-to-learn guests, encouraging and facilitating the discovery of learning something new. Each listing by hosts are tried and tested for quality assurance before being offered to guests.

Our aim is to inspire and encourage people to embark on the culture of lifelong learning to enrich one’s life through immersing oneself into the world of others – be it a talented silkscreen painter, interior design connoisseur or a tech guru.

      7. Types of participants (adults, young adults, children, kids below 6 years, etc.)
      8. Type of listing (workshop, tour, talk / sharing session, etc.)
      9. Fees (per pax, per pair, etc.)
      10. Category of listing (arts & crafts, food & drinks, cultural, learning, nature / outdoors, social impact, environmental, etc.)

We will revert to you within 24-48 hours.

Yes! However, each learning experience will be tried and tested for quality assurance before being offered to guests. Hence, we cannot guarantee that it will be listed for guests to book / purchase.

No, you are not required to charge any sales tax.

To help decide if your learning experience is suitable for children, consider these questions:

  • Will younger guests be able to physically participate? For example, a strenuous hike might not be possible for a 5-year-old.
  • Is there any adult content presented during your experience by you or someone else, such as swearing or sexual references?
  • Will you be going to a venue that has age restrictions?
  • Will you or anyone else be serving alcohol?
  • Do your other guests know that children will be attending?

 

We will always reach out when a learning experience is at risk of removal for quality reasons to share clear criteria and resources to help hosts improve their learning experience offering.

We may also reach out when a learning experience receives a low-star review to share information and tips based on insights from guests and other successful hosts.

The safety of our community is our priority. If someone gets injured or requires medical attention during a learning experience, you should get everyone to a safe place and contact local emergency services immediately.

 

Once everyone is in a safe place and any immediate needs are addressed, please report the incident to us and let us know if we can give any more assistance.

If a guest shows up with extra people unannounced, the host has the right to turn them away. If the learning experience can be updated to add the extra people, that’s up to the host. However, Kuick Culture can’t offer customer service for extra people who don’t have an official reservation through the platform, and any liability waivers won’t apply.

We take all actions without our means to ensure that Kuick Culture is a safe and quality-guaranteed platform to list and book on. Any misrepresentation and / or fraud by any party will not be taken lightly and we will take every necessary step within reasonable means to curb such situations. We will not hesitate to commence legal proceedings against the defaulter.

We will provide various tools to assist you in your branding and marketing. We will draft the content of your listing to be displayed on our website that best represents the learning experience that you offer in order to attract the attention of guests.

You will receive your payments on a set date of each calendar month. Payments will be made via bank transfer.

Guests will rate you based on a star rating system. 1 star being the lowest and 5 stars being the highest

We will keep it safely in our database. Any data provided by you will not be distributed without your consent. We are obliged to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Currently, there will be no fees / commissions taken by Kuick Culture. Upon the implementation of a fee structure, rest assured we will keep you informed beforehand.

Once your listing is published on Kuick Culture, guests can instantly book via our website at www.kuickculture.com.

You can browse through learning experiences on our website under Browse Learning Experiences [provide link to BROWSE LEARNING EXPERIENCES] and select the learning experience you are interested in.

You can either:

  1. Book Tickets – choose your available date and number of spots and click Book Now to proceed to the Registration Checkout page; OR
  2. Schedule Private Session – fill in the form and we will revert to you within 24-48 hours.

The current mode of payment is via PayPal using a valid debit / credit card. Online banking and other methods of payment will be made available very soon. We will send you an order confirmation via email to the email address you have provided. Should you not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] and quote your order number in the subject line.

Yes! Aside from the available learning experiences listed on Kuick Culture, we also offer private group sessions to suit your needs. Simply click on the Schedule Private Session button of a chosen learning experience or otherwise, drop us an email at [email protected] and quote your desired learning experience in the subject line. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

You can read about the learning experience on each listing page which will include information such as a description, what is / is not included, what guests should know, what guests should bring, profile of the hosts and so on. Information may vary for each learning experience.
